Set up a Kontone in Singapore by identifying a location, obtaining legal and regulatory approvals, and establishing relationships with service providers such as banks and custodians.

Begin trading operations and start team building for managing the fund, setting up systems and processes and establishing operational infrastructure including risk management.

Identifying hypotheses, conducting analysis and testing, using mathematical modelling and machine learning algorithms to inform development, continuously testing and refining existing strategies.

Focusing on maintaining and optimizing existing strategies by ongoing testing and refinement, and seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion such as developing new strategies, and building partnerships with other firms or investors to ensure the success of the fund.
